After several years of persevering I finally decided to take the plunge and go blonde – what a disaster my first attempt was, even though I had been to a fully qualified hairdresser. In fact, to be perfectly honest, it took quite some time, and some pretty disastrous results, before I found a hairdresser who could achieve the results I desired. There is no sure way of finding an expert colorist, but personal recommendation is the best way I have found. Ask around, and find someone with the kind of color you are looking for, then consult their hairdresser/colorist. Always check their qualifications!

I personally have three different colors put in which gives an amazingly natural effect, even on a brunette with brown eyes. With so many shades and combinations to choose from the colorist will almost certainly have the colors suited to you, and if not, she should advise you accordingly.

I would strongly advise against any attempt at home coloring or highlighting in order to go blonde.

Going blonde does have a drying effect on the hair, which makes it more fragile. However, the market is awash with excellent products to condition and replenish the moisture.

The trick is to find an expert colorist, someone who specializes, and will be able to advise you accordingly, not only on the most appropriate shades and how they will be applied, but also on the best products to use in order to care for your newly blonde hair.

Going blonde doesn’t work for everyone, but it does work for a surprisingly large proportion of women sooner or later, and can have a wonderfully rejuvenating effect.

Oh, and a word to the wise, be prepared for the extra male attention you are likely to attract as you toss your golden locks!

Currently, in the United States alone it is worth over sixty billion dollars ($60 billion) with over 10% of the products sold either fraudulent or harmful.

Possibly the best known weight loss supplement available to buy today is Hoodia. Hoodia is a natural ingredient that comes from a cactus like plant that grows in desert like conditions of South Africa.Hoodia contains a chemical called P57.
